History
The Eletto Hotel is one of the historic hotels in Sanremo. Located in a period building dating back to the early 1900, it has hosted the sub-prefecture of the city to be later transformed into a hotel with the name of " Select Hotel". With two entrances from Via Matteotti and Via Roma, completely renovated over the years, it has kept unchanged its charme and has been professionally managed by the same family since the mid-thirties of the last century. During the Fascist regime, by order of the city authority, it had to italianize the name in “Eletto”, to mantain it also after the war.
